There has been great investment opportunities in Market Towns that are thriving owing to migration of people to the countryside. They offer good cash flow, strong tenanting and capital growth for investors developing a balanced portfolio. Down south, London prices may have flat-lined. However, it still offers exceptional capital growth in the medium term and is a potential buying opportunity while prices are lower.
