Our main focus of investment is the city of Manchester, the city of Birmingham in the Midlands and other areas of the NE and NW where we find good value. They  offer cash flow and capital growth for investors developing a balanced portfolio. Down south, London prices may have flat-lined. However, it still offers exceptional capital growth in the medium term and is a potential buying opportunity while prices are lower.
